    Dont waste your time or money

    Had been looking for good book on nutrition and healthy eating. Decided to take a chance on this ebook eventhough there were no reviews. Big mistske! The information was so basic that it was boring. I finished it in less than 5 minutes and was truly sorry I had even wasted that amount of time on it, not to mention the money i will be deleting it from my nook. It is not worth the small amount of space even. Btw, its not worthy of even one star!
