Great book for introducing the new (since 2011) "MyPlate&qu

Great book for introducing the new (since 2011) "MyPlate" concept developed by the United States Department of Agriculture. This is one of the books in a group of five to hi-light each of the five food groups on the "MyPlate." This one is for the grains group, which is the orange colored space on the plate. In this book youth learn the various foods that are part of the grains group. If you are educating youth about the "MyPlate" you may want to use all five books in order for them to see all the groups on the "MyPlate" concept. This is an easy-to-read book, probably best for youth in grades three to five or ages eight to ten years old. **Best use: nutrition and health education classes or sessions.
