    Not Helpfull

Although it maybe helped to understand that many men go through crisis like this, the idea that the wife should just suck it up and love her husband through this, take his behavior and try to understand the betrayals is a crock. It made me feel like I was somehow given permission to spin off the rails or have an affair and my husband should just accept that when my time came. The simple fact of the matter is that every person (man or woman) is responsible for their own behavior, period. To excuse a bad choice because it happens to a lot of men is just simply irresponsible on the part of the author. If you are in real crises with your spouse stay away from this book. It can only made things worse!
