Overview

In this fascinating book, Gary Renard and his Ascended Master Teachers, Arten and Pursah, teach you how to integrate advanced spiritual principles into your everyday life. Doing so leads beyond theory to an experience of the Divine and the undoing of the ego. Your progress will be accelerated to such a degree that, with continued practice, you can't help but stop the need to reincarnate ... once and for all.

Like Gary's first book, The Disappearance of the Universe, this work elaborates on the teachings of two spiritual classics, The Gospel of Thomas and A Course in Miracles. By focusing on a unique brand of quantum forgiveness, rather than the old-fashioned kind, and taking the understanding of the importance of thought up to a whole new level, your goal will become nothing less than to break the cycle of birth and death.

    Forever Grateful!

I truly feel that anyone who reads A Course in Miracles must have the books Disappearance of the Universe and Your Immortal Reality sitting right there beside ACIM. These books are simply wonderful!! I initially read ACIM 6 years ago. However, I found myself continually re-reading the text trying to understand this unique verbiage. Then one day I was guided to purchase Gary Renards first book, The Disappearance of the Universe, and I have to say by the time I put this book down clarification was ringing for me from all fields. The message his first book delivered encouraged me to become a 'true' Course student like never before. Then along came Gary Renards second book, Your Immortal Reality, I have read both books over and over, highlighted and refer to them whenever I feel myself straying from the Course. If you haven't read these books, and are a Course student, I strongly recommend them to you. If you are new to the Course, I recommend reading these books first and then reading the text. It is like night and day reading the Course after you have read these two books. I am ever so happy that I followed my guidance that day and found myself holding The Disappearance of the Universe. And I have to say that I am forever grateful to Gary Renard for these two amazing books that have helped me to really learn to love the Course! Love and blessings....Robbie

Learn to let go of guilt without going to a psychologist!!!

'The way I think of others is the way I think of myself' is so important for everyone to understand and its so basic. This book is full of information to help you survive this world in what ever situation your in. It all goes back to 'you' individually and 'you' is where you have to start. Love yourself in order to love the world.

    Need A Better Way?

If you are starting to see that your current thought system isn't working please know that you are not alone. Gary's books can help you find a better way. "The Course In Miracles" has become my "better way". Gary's books turbo-charged my experience with The Course and made it very practical very quickly for me. Refreshing. Fun. Enlightening. User friendly.

    DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I'm not given to spending a lot of time writing comments on the internet but feel compelled to express an opinion on this book. I think publishers need to be reminded that the reading public is not nearly so stupid as they take us to be and that making a buck honestly rather than pushing schlock might make them feel better about themselves and about the world -- and in passing, it might make the world a better place. The premise of this book is absurd. The narrator Gary whines a lot (when he isn't trying to tell jokes that fall flat). He comes across as generally self-obsessed and more than a little silly. The two so-called ascended beings, Arten and Pursah, are similarly self-obsessed. Their revelations, as far as I was able to follow them (and that was not far--the whole enterprise tends to make one cringe) are mostly admonitions to those who dare "steal their stuff" and are, on the whole embarrassingly, self-serving. If this is what we can hope for in the next phase of our spiritual ascent, that old saw about "heaven helping us" better be right. In the meantime, I'm trying to figure out how to get this off my e-reader...

Your Immortal Reality: How to Break the Cycle of Birth and Deat

Your Immortal Reality: How to Break the Cycle of Birth and Death by Gary R. Renard is his second book which is in dialogue format with Ascended Masters Arten and Pursah, just as the first book is. This book goes further into the lessons taught in A Course in Miracles, especially the aspect of true forgiveness. Pursah also gives us, ‘Pursah’s Gospel of Thomas’ as according to the book Pursah was the author of The Gospel of Thomas in a past life. This book also goes over the meaning of the crucifixion which I found to be particularly interesting.

Throughout this book true forgiveness is emphasized. We are also shown advanced forgiveness which tells us that forgiveness really doesn’t matter at all because none of our reality is real, it’s just a dream. We are also told that the only way to get to advanced forgiveness is by first using true forgiveness so that we can be shown by using the Holy Spirit that the only reality is Perfect Oneness with God.

This book was wonderful and I loved the examples given by the Ascended Masters to use on ourselves and others to remind us that we are spirit and never separate from God. I highly recommend this book to students of A Course in Miracles and those just discovering it.

I acknowledge that I received this book free of charge from Hay House in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion of the book.
