This book was a life-changing experience for me. Let's just say that I didn't grow up in the most supportive of environments, so I didn't have the most positive thoughts. I certainly didn't believe in myself or picture myself achieving goals I'd like to achieve. This book focuses on how to take control of your thoughts and focus them on what you'd like to accomplish. It also gives examples on how doing this is necessary to achieve goals. I remember a softball coach telling me when I was a kid that I'd never hit the ball if I couldn't picture myself hitting the ball. It's definitely true. This book put my life on track seeing myself being successful, thinking positive thoughts, focusing on my goals, and then achieving them.
