I picked this book up because I love Paige Jeans and I saw them on the cover. I loved the idea of mixing workouts with fashion and how to dress each part of your body! Its a great gift or something you can pick up if you want a quick lession on looking great!

It has so much useful information for keeping fit. I will keep it on my nightstand for an easy reference. It is not just a one time read, it is my exercise bible.

I am a future exercise major in college I've been reading a lot of books, some more helpful than others, but this has been one of my favorites so far. This book had great workouts that I'd been doing before reading this book and they really work!

This book is great as an overall fashion guide and "dos and don'ts" for your particular body style. There were a lot of wonderful tips on what to wear to hide problem areas and focus on your assets. I didn't do much with the workouts listed, but they were well explained (albeit, the drawings were a little hard to follow at times), and looked like you could make a great program.

The ¿PERFICT FIT¿ has enabled me to finally look and feel picture perfect. I look at celebrities around me and wonder why ¿I¿ can¿t be like them. Upon reading this book, I found courage and time to help myself. I¿ve struggle with poor self-esteem all my life and even suffered with a serious eating disorder. I have finally found out that I don¿t need to put my health at risk, in order to be happy. I can follow the footsteps of someone whose path in life was similar to mine. Achieving the work out guides as well as eating guides helped me take control of my life. I can actually look in the mirror now and believe it when I say ¿Damn Eirit, you look good!¿

So many fashion books claim to fix your body with the same old fashion tips that just don't work! But this book does offer great, original information that actually works. Not only are Paige's fashion tips (and jeans!) great but Ashley's excersice advice is really helpful as well. There is a great message in there too so I highly recommend it.

So clever to finally give us fashion and fitness tips in one place! I learned about a lot of fashion faux pas I was making, by not understanding my shape. And you don't have to read it front to back. There is something useful on each page.

I recieved this book from a good friend after hearing her sing its praises. The book was very helpful in that each chapter focused on different parts of the body and provided not only detailed exercises to fix those trouble areas but also provided helpful fashion tips on how to dress for your distinct body type. Very helpful.Loved it.
