She asks readers to first list their daily habits and then shape their spaces around them. The book provides multiple realistic scenarios, or recipes, as the author calls them, for every room in a house. Each type of room gets its own chapter. Abundant motivational photos are incorporated throughout, and the book's helpful diagrams are visual treats.
