Overview

Living without yeast is like living without those bothersome aches and pains, the twinges of arthritis, the knee that aches, the unexplained headaches, and the migraines.

Living without yeast is living at your ideal weight, enjoying a vibrant, robust health, and feeling like there's actually something worth living for!

Yeah! It could be that good. In “Your Yeast Free Diet Plan: How to Free Yourself and Feel Good Again!”, we discuss how yeast may be the unseen and unnamed menace behind a host of unexplainable symptoms – until now.

The really good news: Yeast-free living is not necessarily a life sentence. Once your body is balanced, you can enjoy many of the same foods you were eating before -- in moderation, of course!

What if I told you that a fungus lived comfortably in your intestines pumping out some 180 or so different toxins -- all of which can produce symptoms that make you feel sick?
What if I told you that your sluggish thyroid, your dizziness, or your sugar or alcohol cravings could all be traced back to this fungus?

Would you believe me?

If I could convince you of that, would you be interested in evicting a large portion of that fungus in order to live symptom free?

This fungus does, indeed, exist. And it's not rare. It's called Candida albicans and by some estimates, 85 percent of us are walking around with an overgrowth of it, not only in our intestines, but in other parts of our body as well.

It sounds dismal, I know. But what if I told you that the good news is there is an approach -- an all-natural approach -- to evict that fungus?

What if I said that once you had them cleared, you could live quite nicely symptom-free and you’d be healthier than you've been in years, free from many of the aches, pains and headaches you may be suffering with right now?

And what if I told you that you might be able to do that in less than a month?

Are you now interested in learning more about the possibility of an overgrowth of fungus in your system?

Then this book is for you.

If this all speaks to you and you have been looking for the perfect yeast free diet plan, you have come to the right place. Not only do we give you numerous yeast free diet recipes but show you several yeast free diet foods from which to choose.

    Horrible

After reading this book, I was disappointed to find that Nook Books were not eligible for refund. The author spends substantial time convincing the reader of the harmful disadvantages of yeast overgrowth. These disadvantages can be obtained by thorough search on Google. After detailing why one might have yeast overgrowth, the author offers no balanced, well-informed information about what to do to eradicate the issue. The recipe suggestions are laughable. I can't believe I paid $7.99 for a collection of internet searches. For a better reference on yeast overgrowth, symptoms and a PLAN to correct this, see Dr. Steven Hotze's book on Hormones and Happiness. He has one chapter, in addition to an incredible appendices, that blow this book out of the water.

    Extremely informational.

A friend had told me how Evil Yeast could be, but I didn't realize that it was causing most of my problems until I read this book. I'm starting the Yeast Free Diet now in hopes that it will clear many of these problems up!
