Editorial Reviews

Ann-Marie Colacino
"Job interviews are stressful. Adding to that stress is the increase of corporate downsizing and the amount of talent, qualified professionals in today's workforce. But what if you could get into the minds of those doing the hiring? What if you could find out exactly what they are looking for in an applicant? Brenda Greene has done just that with You've Got the Interview... Now What?, her recent follow-up to Get the Interview Every Time."

"You'll also need to get the inside scoop to prepare yourself for those dreaded interview questions. Check out You've Got the Interview, Now What? Fortune 500 Hiring Professionals Tell You How to Get Hired.[Then] take what you've learned, and turn it into reality."
Editor, CareerBuilder.com
Scott Reeves
"Greene says stock questions, such as 'Describe your strengths and weaknesses,' have been replaced with tougher questions intended to reveal more about your charachater and how you think. Prepare for questions such as 'Describe your most challenging work environment and how you dealt with it,' or 'Describe a project that failed,' or 'What's your biggest regret?"

    Excellent

I think the most important thing with any resume book is whether it helped you get the job or not. I have to give You've Got the Interview ... Now What? an excellent grade on that front. I read the book before my interview at a big company. As the book said, I had been 'targeting' that company as a place I wanted to work. I am glad I read the book before the interview. Three of the questions the interviewers asked me were in the book, so I had good answers. I also had to go back for two more interviews, which the book also mentioned might happen. I felt very prepared for my interview -- and I got the job -- after trying to find one for six months without any success.
