if you LOVE yugioh like me, you must read these! i would recomend to read the one before this one first.infact i have yugioh vol.1,2,&3 right beside me. but this one is awesome! Shadi comes into the picture and...well you'll just have to find out. ^-^ if you do buy yugioh vol.2 you MUST buy yugioh vol.3 with it. find out for yourself.

    Better than the first!

Ok so if you like the first yugioh you will die for the second! The story is just soo good and soo interesting. There are many aspects in this book that need to be looked at. I really like how the book ends with a mystery. I also like the little games that yugis twin plays with the peoplele. You should only read this book if you have the third book handy! I have just finished the 2 book one hour ago and now i am dying to buy the second one! Oh yah when i bought this book i thought there was going to be no violence but i was wrong. There is violence. Well this book all in all is amazing. So what are you waiting for? Go out there and get it! Oh ya, watch out for the alligator / hippo / tiger monster!

Really good, a lot of excitement, and *GASP* a cliffhanger!!

I read this just today, and I love it!! I even love the evil cliffhanger at the end!! Anyway... Kaiba is introduced in this one, as well as Shadi. They play DUEL MONSTERS!! (Called 'Magic and Wizards' in the manga). They even start Jonouchi (Joey) and Kaiba's rivalry for each other! It's really funny, I recomend it! (Note: It's not as perverted as vol. 1, but they swear more, in my opinon). Umm... I really like the fact that Yugi has NO knowledge of his other self yet ('THE OTHER ME?!?! The look on his face was priceless!), and that Anzu likes Yami but Yugi likes Anzu. All makes for more insane, Egyptian gaming madness! Keep it coming Takashi!!!

    COOL!!

My best friend owns this book. The downfall of the one I own, there's NO duel!!! This one's cool, and I think it's a little better. It's still Yu-Gi-Oh!!!!

    Ahh yes....the second installment...

Here is the second volume of Kazuki Takahashi's popular Yu-gi-oh manga. This volume begins where the first volume leaves off with the introduction of the duel monsters game which plays a big part of later volumes (hint, hint). It also introduces the character of Kaiba, who also is quite important. The mysterious character of Shadi is also introduced though watchers of the anime version may notice this character appears much later after Pegasus's defeat at Duelist Kingdom. However, I feel that this early introduction helps to add some forboding and questions about what the millenium puzzle and Yuugi's mysterious alter ego really are. Enjoy volume two of Yu-gi-oh. If you liked volume one, you should definitely buy this volume as well and if you haven't read volume one yet, I recommend getting that as well as this one.

    I looooved it!

This is the first time Kaiba is there(even then he was mean and selfish). Yugi finally plays duelmonsters and finds out something about his other self. He meets up with anoter item and you just have to read it.
