Unless you spend a lot of your time at the movies; studying the history of movies, music and opera and memorizing the first and last names of actors, musicians, songwriters or opera stars -- these crossword puzzles are impossible to complete. To much focus on the entertainment industry for me.
This book is so much fun. I love crosswords and I dont like magazine crosswords. I do like the paper crosswords but they tend to get lost or thrown. This is a great compilation of all the crosswords you want to do and keep. It is a great idea to publish the books by difficulty. The cover of the book is Yummy for sure. This book is well constructed with quality paper and a spiral for ease of folding. The puzzles are fun and challenging, They prepare you for the Tuesday book. I accidentaly bought Tuesday first ,then went back the next week and got Monday. Now I am ready for the challenge of Wedsnesday. I think they should publish another round.
A good puzzle book for semi-beginners - it's the New York Times, so you have to be smart even for Monday's puzzles!
I enjoyed the book very much. I enjoy doing W.Shortz puzzles. I tried to buy Tuesday Crosswords but it has not been available in the stores the last few times I have looked. The highest form of praise would be buying the next in the series. Wish I could find it!
