Overview

High school art teacher Julianne Truman's last chance to save her beloved art department from budget cuts is to sell the old sketches that her former boyfriend—and now famous artist—Zane DeMonde drew for her. But is she prepared to let go of his artwork and the last traces of him in her life?

Desperate to save his artistic reputation from the exposure of his early works, Zane returns to the home town he wanted to forget. He accuses Julianne of profiting from his success and demands she take his art off the market and cancel the auction.

Their high school attraction flares back to life, forcing Julianne to choose between the students who count on her and the man she never stopped loving.

Editorial Reviews

Manic Readers - Alberta Reviewer
Zane’s Art is a cute little story, mostly predictable, with only a few small conflicts to solve before these two can be together. A good read for fireside or beach.

Meet the Author

Sara Daniel writes what she loves to read—irresistible romance, from sweet to erotic and everything in between. On the personal side, Sara is a frazzled chauffeur, chef, personal assistant, lawn care specialist, guidance counselor, event planner and slave to her children. She's obsessed with country music, stock car racing and squirrels, not necessarily in that order. As the author of nearly a dozen romance novels, novellas and short stories, she is proud to claim her own happily-ever-after with her hero husband.

Sara pens "Zane's Art" in a plot that is well written and heartbreaking, totally worth the read. Her characters were believable and relate-able to the point where you felt their joy and pain. A fast must read novella.

    Finally Ever After

I think this may be my favorite of the Finally Ever After series so far. To me this is the epitome of "finally". Young true love broken and lost. True heartbreak that never truly went away only to have their love rekindled many years in the future. Add to that the art and it was a a beautiful, if a bit predictable story. To be honest though, when I read stories like this, I want them a bit on the predictable side. They are the perfect before bed reads. Without being too spoilery, when the pictures she was going to be selling were described, it melted my heart a little bit. This is the third story I have read by this author and I am sure it will not be my last.
