I chose this book for my MBA marketing class book review, and am so glad of it! It was very informative, and I learned tons. It is easy to follow, has a sense of humor, is well written, and uses real world examples to illustrate. I would recommend this to anyone who not only wants to know more about social marketing, but also about other social sites than Facebook. I even learned more about Facebook. Thank you, Ms. Kabani, for sharing your knowledge.
