Download stories from the Interactive Fiction Archive (ifarchive.org), the largest repository of free Interactive Fiction using the built-in search tool or transfer your own Z-Machine games from your computer to your device. ZMPP can automatically recognize a large number of popular classic and modern works of Interactive Fiction.

This application is based on the Open Source project at github.com/weiju/zmpp2

    Works great

    Worked with every file I tried so far. Nice to see some free apps for a change, and this one brought back some life to a few games I no longer have time time to set in front of my pc to play.
    In a time where all games have turned into mindless tap and play I was thrilled to get a real brain game on my Nook Color.
    Get it before they start to charge for this app.

    This stinks i dont even know what to do on the first puzzle and some how i ended up at the end of the rainbow i dont get what to do this is confusing i would l give it five stars IF it had instructions

    Really great and FREE!

    Really addicting! It helps improve lateral thinking and expand your way of thinking. The only tricky part is finding some good IF stories for your style. I recommend Adventureland and Don't Pee Yourself!! Have fun and get this free app!!!!!!!

    Thise is a very good game for all you geeks like me out there who cant find eny good rpg games. Now thise is no video game but is very fun. There are some thing i dont like though, like you cant see eny discription on the books you want befor you get it. And it would be nice to shorten the controls, so instead of northwest just nw. But over all thise is amazing and will last you a long time.

    Need more info

    I actually have a compliation CD with all the old Infocom games on it, but I have tried repeatedly to put the files on my Nook, and the app seems unable to find them!

    Where do you put the .z5 files for the app to see them? This issue is the only thing keeping me from giving you a perfect 5 star rating. An answer would be appreciated; a quick answer even more so.

    Frustrating

    It takes forever to find one you actually like and when you find some the words you type in are supposed to make sense but it dosen't accept them. I usally like these things but this one gets on my nerves

    So so

    I wont give this a 5 star eather because you cant really do anything on this. Its very complicated . How are you suposed to do this. When i was writing / playing this game it said thats not a verb or thats not a sentace.
