Editorial Reviews

From Barnes & Noble
The problem with most study note "cheaters" for literary classics is that with all their earnest wallowing in plot development and supposed tragic flaws, they don't pay proper attention to their real meat: the book's undead subtext. Dr. Laurie Rozakis, an English professor with more than 100 books to her credit, corrects that glaring fault with a vampire- and zombie-laced recap of masterworks including Hamlet, Moby-Dick, A Tale of Two Cities, and Huckleberry Finn. Sink your teeth into that; hilarious vengeful thoughts for reluctant readers.

    I Also Recommend:

    Zombies in Classic Literature

Who would have ever guessed that by just adding zombies (or vampires, or werewolves) to classic literature would make it so interesting? If you really enjoyed Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, then you're sure to love this book.

In it you'll find summaries of various books (and plays by Shakespeare!) that are broken down by chapter. Rather like Cliffs Notes but far more humourous! At the end of each book section, there's even little quizzes that are hilarious.

I really liked this book and thought it was a very good read. The amount of humour was balanced well with the actual plots of the stories. I definitely recommend it!
