Zoomdos is full of a wide variety of activities from baking to blowing up lung machines. Make peanut butter cups or seven-layer dip, the race a can car, decide what you need to travel to Mars, balance a mobile, or learn to juggle. Featured on the Zoomdos PBS show, these activities were submitted by viewers who get credit in the book. Throughout the book are other features too, such as Fannee Doolee's likes and dislikes (figure out why), Ubbi Dubbi code, and spotlights of the different cast members. Even if your children have never seen the program, they'll still like the activities. 2000, Little, Brown and Company, $7.95. Ages 8 to 12. Reviewer: J. Cook SOURCE: Parent Council Volume 8

This book has helped me build, bake, and do things which was shown in the hit kids' PBS show on KCET. The book has no ending at all--it is not a story. It is a recipe, official rules for games, and instructions all on the same book.
