Advice for the Aspiring
| In our exclusive interview with Niffenegger, we asked her what she'd say to writers trying to make it. She comments, "I would say, hey, be realistic, but also keep your hopes up. Make sure you don’t send anything out until it’s wonderful. Work hard at revising. Do not give up. Keep writing. The submissions process is like dating. It only takes one person who thinks you’re fabulous to make it work."
