From Page to Screen

| Girl in Hyacinth Blue was adapted for television by Hallmark Hall of Fame, which retitled the story Brush with Fate and recast one central character as a woman (Cornelius became Cornelia, played by Glenn Close). Pulitzer Prize-winning author Richard Russo wrote the television script.
