Was this their strongest Case? If so, where was the evidence?
If the individual who brought the case was on parole at the time, found to be drunk and on drugs when brought in by police, and confirmed by the hospital to be drunk and on drugs, why wasn't she arrested for parole violations?
Deals, there are always deals when the police are out to set you up. Then ask, where were her children, in Mexico with the abusive drug pusher boyfriend, or in the USA?
