We have not received this product. We went to the local Barnes&Nobel store and they gave us a 800 number to call. This was to be a birthday present for my sister in August. We kinda forgot or thought it was taken care of. However, still pending

Order placed, never received shipment notification. Contacted B&N & Newtown, they responded with "We will consider this lost in the mail and have issued you a refund." I don't think the item was ever shipped, and this seems to happen often.

My order was not fulfilled. Status showed it as 'complete' but I was never notified that it had been shipped. Seller later claimed it was 'lost in the mail' but didn't bother to tell me and were dismissive. Never again. $$ were credited.
