May 23. 2019 After waiting over a month for order, canceled today w/o any explanation. Never any acknow't from Lyric Vibes of order and follow-up made only through BN. I rate this 'very poor.' A longtime BN member, rethin'g my members'p.

Ordered a DVD and paid for expedited shipping. DVD finally arrived 3+ weeks later. Slow/no response to repeated emails about the order. Would not use this seller again or recommend to others.

I got what I ordered. It was late by a few days. it was hard to track via USPS. Had to contact both Barnes & Noble and Lyric Vibes to see what was going on. The item was in good condition.

Ordered CD May 25, 2018, Tony Terry. Responded to e-mail and never received reply or CD. Ordered book (Above Seattle) March 12, 2019, was to receive it within 13 to 15 business days. April 16, 2019 and have not received it. Very disappointed.
