Very good, Mr. Bond. Never mind the kids, the dog, or the family heirlooms, THIS is the thing you save when your home is on fire. This may be the most expensive single book I’ve ever purchased and it is amazing. It came in a reinforced cardboard briefcase for crying out loud! I’ve seen all the movies and watched all the commentaries and documentaries I could get my hands on, and this book is chock full of stories, pictures and facts that I had never heard before. Astoundingly great. If there were Academy Awards for books this surely would win one. Can’t wait to read each chapter again after I watch one of the movies. A wonderful book, the highest of recommendations.
Paul Duncan has done an extraordinary job of conducting in depth interviews with the surviving production teams of the Bond films and he has gathered the most impressive collection of archival photos taken on set and behind the scenes of the Bond films. The photos and diagrams from the Connery Bond films are particularly impressive. This is simply a "must have" book for anydevotee of the James Bond films and is an indispensible addition to any Bond collection.
