Paul Hollywood has shot to fame with his role as a judge on The Great British Bake Off. He worked as Head Baker at exclusive hotels including Cliveden and the Dorchester and he went on to launch The Paul Hollywood Artisan Bread Company, which now supplies Harrods among others.

I preordered this book and received it yesterday. The recipes are in grams and ml, and while I have a scale that I use for baking ingredients I do not want to be obligated to do so. It would have been so much better to provide both. The recipes are nice, maybe a bit unique, with lots of very nice photos. My recommendation is to take a look at FLOUR or FLOUR 2 instead...a gem. I have made recipes from both and they are fabulous. I will be returning HOW TO BAKE.
