I have had sore knees and back pain for years. My husband once commented that I had a heavy walk, particularly when walking in mules or high heels, but I didn't realize the long term damage that this would do to my back and knees. This book showed me how to analyze my gait, correct my gait to put less pressure on my back and knees, and stretch and strengthen the muscles needed to walk correctly.
