June J. McInerney is an author, poet, and librettist. Her works include "Meditations for New Members". "The Basset Chronicles", "Adventures of Orieigh Ogglefont", "Spinach Water", and "Exodus Ending". Her musicals include "We Three Kings", "Beauty and the Beast", "Noah's Rainbow", and "Peter, the Wolf, and Red Riding Hood". June also writes a Literary Blog about books and movies: how they affect us, how they shape our lives. Originally from the New York metropolitan area, she currently lives near Valley Forge Park in Pennsylvania with her constant and loving companions, FrankieBernard and Sebastian Cat, the primary inspiration for this book.
