Maria Dariotis 's review May 28, 2017 · edit it was amazing Forbidden Night with the Warrior by Michelle Willingham Rating 5 stars Heat 4 Rosamund de Courcy was betrayed by her father as a young woman he ripped her from the man she loved and had pledged her love - Warrick de Laurent - and forced her to marry Alan de Courcy. Now her husband was on deaths door and he needs an heir to protect his wife and his inheritance from falling into his evil brothers hands. What her husband has planned will shatter Rosamunds heart and she can't allow feelings she's buried to be exposed. Warrick de Laurent has never forgotten the woman who became his wife and was cruelly ripped away from him, -married to another man -he's always loved her as a second son no land or home to offer. Fate gives him a second chance with the woman he loves, her husband is dying and is offering an illicit night with Rosamund! for a family, home and the land he's always wanted. But everything has a price and things aren't what they seem. Betrayal and murder is behind every door but Warrick will not let anyone take her from him again. This was a fantastic story loved Warrick and Rosamund! Didn't like her high handed father but then women had no voice back than. She lived through some anguished times she did the best she could tried to love her husband but then he brings Warrick in the picture and I have to say I felt sorry for her! What's a woman to do? Can't really blame her although she had issues with her morals I would too but I don't want to give more away you just gotta read it, I promise the ending is awesome! It's intriguing and an emotional ride to say the least. Michelle Willingham books will definitely keep you hooked till the last page! I received a complimentary copy from the author for my honest unbiased opinion.
