Little Miss Spider and Miss Spider Tea Party are great books to read with Kindergartners. I think this book is fun to read because there are number sequencing and rhyming patterns. It helps the children understand why it is important to be kind and nice to each other.

This story's ending is very relevant for families with adoptive children!

I especially appriciate this book for the adoption storyline which is sometimes hard to come accross with out the title being so...adopted sounding. And just really sweet when it comes to what ALL moms do for their kids.

This book is wonderful and heartwarming, especially for adoptive parents. The illustrations are incredibly rich, and you'll both be amused as you look for all the details. The story is interesting for children, too, but not too complex for them to follow. Most importantly, the point that love is what makes families, even if they consist of parent(s) and little ones who don't look exactly alike, is reassuring for any child to hear. Add this one to your library!

Pictures are brillant with color and eye catching for small children. Story is just right for babies who do not have a long attetion span. The story is something to cherish for generations to come. Make sure to this one to your little one's library!

This book is one our favorites right next to Kirk's other Miss Spider books. The pictures are so beautiful in color and the authors imagination with the characters in the book are incredible. My 2 year-old daughter and I love to recite the Miss Spider books from memory thanks to the well-written verses.

the book is lovely, very eye catching, but gives an unfortunate message that birthmom's love of baby was not enough.
