The mayor of Sleepytown Will help show you around; You'll see how we're all helpers For each other, for our town.

Each day the farmer wakes up To a cock-a-doodle-doooo! He gathers eggs and wheat and milk, While all the cows go mooooo ...
Night night, farmers — And animals too! Thank you all for what you do.
The tweet-tweet of the whistle Tells the drivers what to do; The officer waves the kids across, Then tells the cars, "Thank you!"
Night night, officers — Safe drivers too! Thank you all for what you do.
In the school, ready to learn, The students raise their hands; Our teachers make us oh so smart! They help us understand.
Night night, teachers — And students too! Thank you all for what you do.
In rain or shine, our postman Will make his way through town To bring us all our packages Before the sun goes down!
Night night, postmen — And readers too! Thank you all for what you do.
Firefighters rush to help with The bubble spill downtown; It looks like they may give a bath To everyone around!
Night night, firefighters — Bubble makers too! Thank you all for what you do.
The doctor listens closely To an achy tummy; Too many cookies make you sick — Even if they're yummy!
Night night, doctors — And nurses too! Thank you all for what you do.
