This is a fantastic book for the 'Plantpower Way' of life. It does not only lead you on a journey through the ways in which to to prepare and make wonderful food. It also shows you a family being passionate and creating loving food that will look after you. It has been a real treat. Thanks. Or should I say; Peace, Plants. On a bad note and nothing related to the book but at Barnes and Noble who sent the items to The Basque Country, Spain, Europe (I ordered 3 books, extra ones for presents) loose in a cardboard box and unfortunately one of the covers is fairly damaged and the other two have slight damage. Not really what I expected from a company like Barnes and Noble.

Have really been looking forward to this book and boy, was I not disappointed. Fantastic recipes and photography. I have been moving towards living truly plant based for a few years, but Rich and Julie's guidance in this book is really filling in the gaps for me as to how to do it successfully. Will be buying more of these for family and friends.

Quite possibly the best cookbook I have ever owned! Our family recently adopted a plant-based lifestyle and this book is, by far, the best guide to help us on our journey. Not only does this book contains over one hundred delicious recipes (and a great amount of beautiful photos), but it contains tips and inspiring stories to guide you along the way. My husband absolutely loves your version of the Fettucini Alfredo! Thanks to Rich and Julie for sharing your wisdom with our family. I am forever grateful.

Great recipes, absolutely beautiful pictures, this is a book I will use daily.  Great for anybody who just wants to eat healthier!

Beautifully put together book.....chock full of information on plant based diets as part of a way of life that is kind to the environment, humane toward animals and healthy for humans.
