When it comes to business communication, Dianna Booher is THE expert.  In this book, she has distilled some of her knowledge into bite-sized, actionable chunks. I love the short chapters and the great stories she shares.   Dianna's "laws" for communication are easy to understand and use. My favorites?  The Law of Simplicity vs. Complexity and The Law of Specificity vs. Generalization.   This book will help you communicate more effectively and increase your influence with your tribe.

Close communication gaps and strengthen your credibility! Dianna’s career trajectory of becoming a communications luminary, prolific author, and hall of fame speaker clearly prove her advice works. In her latest book, “What More Can I Say?”, Dianna masterfully deconstructs the art of communication in her 9-law plan and teaches the reader how to alleviate conflict and move the dialogue forward to achieve desired outcomes.  As a professional always looking to expand my knowledge and strengthen skill sets, I am certain this book’s advice will come into play often.  This book should not be limited to C-Suite execs—it is a quick-read with numerous examples from which a reader can draw upon and relate to—ideal for any person wishing to improve relationships.
