Read this book in one sitting because I absolutely couldn't put it down! I think the reason I resonate with this book so much, is because like Zayn I'm a young adult going through my own ups and downs. This book reminded me of why I love Zayn's work so much, he truly puts his heart and soul into everything he creates. And like a lot of people he suffers from anxiety and tends to overthink a lot, but it goes to show that stardom and money don't guarantee happiness. I recommend this book not only for the writing, but also for the photos and style , which really add to the reading experience. Beautiful book!

I'm a new fan so I wasn't around for the aftermath when Zayn left One Direction. But it was still interesting, and sometimes heartbreaking, to read about that period in his life. This book has an informal and conversational tone it, as if the thoughts are coming directly from his mind to the page. It's cohesive and has a nice flow, but it's not overly polished and stiff. The photography is gorgeous but there's not very many pictures prior to his solo career. Most of them were shot more recently. He shares a lot of knowledge and life lessons with this book. It made me laugh out loud (the audio tapes and the school locker), it made me cry, it made me smile and it made me think. He's wise beyond his years. This would make a great gift for young adults or anyone who's still trying to figure out how to be true to themselves and live their dreams, while being flawed and afraid and hopeful and confused and driven, all at the same time. He seems like a genuine guy and he tells his story in a way that's very relatable. I hope everyone who reads this book will enjoy it as much as I did.

Zany's book was an amazing biography that showcased who he really was. He talks about his life in One Direction. He also talks about how it was leaving the band and going solo. Zayn mentions the struggles from being in the band, the ups and downs of it. He had to do something for himself for once and not just for the fans. It is a spectacular and I'm suggesting you read it. You do not have to be a fan of One Direction to like this book. Any person could read it.
