Superb! Truly this is a superb weight loss book with tasteful and healthy recipes. The author presented such useful and applicable tips geared to enable you to lose weight within days. Ingredients listed for weight loss and detoxification were well research and organized. Furthermore guidelines to create your own green smoothie for detoxification and weight loss are flawless. That’s really amazing. Unquestionably the author clearly did justice to this fantastic book. Highly recommend.
