10" Stand in Leaf

The 2-Way Cover Stand features a smooth but durable leather like material exterior and a non-slip rubberized lining. An elastic band nested in the back cover can be looped over the front to keep the case closed. Inside, a clip mechanism holds your tablet securely while offering easy access to the ports and controls. The inner clip has a rubberized foot, which provides for stability as you convert the cover into a stand and view your device in landscape mode at multiple angles.

The 2-Way Cover Stand is accented by embossed "n" logos on the front cover and the interior front panel; an embossed "nook" logo decorates the back. There is also an opening in the back cover for the device's camera.

I didn't mind so much that, for $40, I got a cover that is held closed by a piece of elastic, but, I am very annoyed now! Suddenly my cover was sticky, like I had been eating melted gummi bears while I read. I tried to clean it off, but, it kept coming back...then I noticed that my Nook would not stay in a upright position- it kept sssliding down while I was reading. After a few days of this I noticed the edge of the clip that holds the Nook in place as all gooey! It seems that the 'rubberized foot is held in place by something with less holding power than rubber cement! This does not make me happy!'

Offers great protection for the Tablet. I like the way it folds over to become the stand and when I'm lying in bed or on the couch it can rest on my chest at just the right angle so I can read it easily. It's a little tricky plugging in the Mini-USB charger to the base of the Tablet when in the cover but that's no big deal. This would be a non-issue if the USB port were located on the side of the device instead of in the base.
