You can be happy right here and now. There is nothing that needs to happen first for you to be happy. Relationships, a better career, your life purpose - they all make you 'happier' - they simply increase the happiness that is already there inside you. But they are not essential.

If happiness is so easy, then why are you not happy right now? Because you may be resisting happiness. We generally resist happiness by thinking "we need so and so thing to be happy." Or we resist happiness by living too much in the past and the future or by thinking too negatively about what we are experiencing.

This book has 100 fascinating ways in which you can lower your resistance to happiness right now. No matter what situation you are in, whether rich or broke, whether single or in a relationship, you can release all resistance to happiness right now.

Why not give these interesting happiness hacks a try?

Yes, you can be happy. Nothing else needs to happen first.

About the Author

Meghashyam Chirravoori was born in Vizianagaram, India in 1987.Being an only child of his parents, he spent most of his time alone doing guess what? Reading books, of course. :) Since he was alone most of the time however, he turned into sort of an asocial introvert. In 2005, he got admitted into the Paper Technology program at IIT Roorkee, a prestigious institution in North India. While he was not interested in paper at all, he radically changed as a person in college. He experienced a "moment of transformation" in June, 2007 in which he realized that there was nothing to fear and that he could go ahead and face any fear head on and still exist! He also suddenly saw the merits of positive thinking and started choosing his thoughts more consciously. This "sudden realization" sparked his interest in personal growth.Over the next few years, he dabbled at public speaking and anchoring, learnt how to be assertive, interacted with hundreds of new people, faced tens of fears like dancing in public and quitting his job, turned into more of an extrovert, fell in love and got married, started an inspirational website where he conducted life experiments and learnt a lot of other things he'd not known before.Meghashyam is the author/compiler of two inspirational books: 500 Steve Pavlina Quotes and 100 Incredible Happiness Hacks. He writes inspirational articles and offers free life consulting and advice at Personal-development-is-fun.com.He runs an inspirational podcast on iTunes called Personal Development Is Fun and also has a video show on YouTube.

This book embracesmindfulness without ever using the word. Do not be fooled by the goofy cover; the ideas and resources here are definitely worthwhile.

Some of these ideas are just stupid and/or unsafe to do. Also, for the author's future reference, "ironical" is not a word.
