As a Health Coach, certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, I have made it my mission to help pregnant women struggling with Gestational Diabetes. I have discovered that doctors just do not have time to sit down with you and counsel you on how to manage Gestational Diabetes. Also, access to a nutritionist or health coach locally is often limited either due to lack of personnel or restrictive benefit coverage. So my goal is to help fill in this void for women struggling with Gestational Diabetes by providing accurate, easy to read information that can be applied immediately. This eBook is a collection of my most helpful and frequently discussed tips I have given over the years to pregnant women struggling with Gestational Diabetes.
