100 Ways to Boost Your Self-ConfidenceBelieve in Yourself and Others Will Tooby Barton Goldsmith, PhDIt was a much needed wake up call reviewing this 223 page incredible how-to on increasing my self-esteem. I learned in so many different ways some major, some subtle how to feel better about me. I was raised to be seen and not heard, and even not seen if at all possible. So my self-confidence has needed boosting for most of my life. So when I say this little wonder was right up my alley it was. I learned in gentle and practical methods how to release the old ways of handling things and embracing new one. I got the message loud and clear that it was ok to dream and to attain my dreams. The thing I liked the most about my new little buddy is that there were so many different areas covered with helpful suggestions offered for each one. Since I had learned to degrade myself across the board it was wonderful to find a book that could help me in all the areas I needed boosting, not just a couple. I would recommend this well presented, completely needed enlightened helper to anyone needing an uplift in the Self-worth department. Thanks Barton, for that friendly little hand up.Love & Light,Riki Frahmann

I like the bullet points, but would have liked for the author to really expound on his thoughts and vividly paint a picture of each idea and how one can apply it to various facets of one's life. Some sections are good and have found use for them in my life, whereas other points were too vague, lack details, and seemed forced. In addition, as previously stated, the electronic version is chocked full of errors with poorly inserted words and spelling mistakes that make reading a daunting task. Not sure if the paper version has the same problems. Overall, it's an ok book, but would suggest looking for alternatives (sorry, don't know any) before getting this one.

I liked the concepts of each chapter, although some were a little obvious/common sense. However, and I'm not sure if it's just the electronic copy, it doesn't look like anybody proofread this book. HORRIBLE...misspelled words, missing punctuation and sometimes words that don't make sense in the sentence and make it hard to read. Pretty annoying and unprofessional.
