I found this book helpful in providing all of the best information about the best foods for metabolism. Boosting one's metabolism will help with losing weight effectively, and burning off more calories from the foods we eat. The author took the time out to share the best 101 foods to eat and the important nutrients they contain. There were many foods I have overlooked and now will add them to my food diet. I learned there are several important ways of using food strategically and there are five ways to boost metabolism. One of the ways I jumped onto the most was to choose spicy foods. I enjoy spicy foods the most so I will make sure to eat more of it too as this would help to boost my metabolism. I love eating apples and I learned eating more than one will not only increase my metabolism along with my fiber levels. Green tea is also good for increasing metabolism, improving one's mood, preventing cancer and heart diseases. I don't drink a lot of green tea however I need after reading this book I plan to drink more of it. I would recommend this book to anyone who is trying to lose weight or improve their overall health.
