In my opinion kids dont need diets there to small to have diets now if my child was over weight for its age then yes i would have them on a diet. But if there not their no reason for it. I also understand that parents want there kids to eat healthy but dont over do it. Im not telling parents wat to do but at least let them eat something else like burger king and other thing just 1 time a week to be honest i wouldnt do that unless my child was over weight. I have to give it a star because i have to otherwise i wouldnt be giving this book feedback. I guess i would unerstand why u want ur child to eat right!
