This book is wonderful to read at the end of the day, especially when I'm feeling stressed or overwhelmed. It's not about Buddhism, or any other religion for that matter. It's about finding ways to feel peaceful and happy. I sleep so much better when I read just a few pages at night because it helps me relax and put things back into perspective after a long day.

I am happy to have this e book with bite size pcs of wisdom, but am very frustrated with many type-os, cut off peices of text and repeated phrases! Why is this so sloppy?!
