This is a great informative Book and DVD. I really enjoyed the fact that each and every move is shown in great detail and has references during the movie. Like the title says it really is great for everyday use. I think if you enjoy classical Pilates you should try this set as well.
Alycea Ungaro does it again! This is real pilates made accessible to everyone! The book and dvd combination is pure genius! The voice-over instructions on the dvd are excellent. If you cannot receive instruction in a pilates studio, this is the next best thing!
