15 steps to healthy living is a well-being self-help book written primarily to assist people in naturally losing weight and living a healthy life by gaining the right energy. The author demonstrates 15 ways of achieving such a goal by using his grandmother as an example. He uses her success in living 105 years as a source to prove how one can live this long by eating the right nutrition’s, supplements, and ingredients. The goal is to be happy and to live a more fulfilling life. This was apparent after reading the book, and I found it to be a resourceful tool. The content was organized and summarized individually, which was helpful. I found the literature to be friendly and easy to understand. This was important to me as sometimes these books are written in such a way that it is not clear what to do or how to succeed in achieving the goal. On top of the usual things that we all know contributes to a healthy life such as exercise, eating healthy, and sleeping well, you also get to read on detoxing and positive psychology. The book also offers a health plan for yourself, which one can literately use in starting their path. I found that to be very useful. I recommend this book to people who wish to live a better life and care for their health.

The 15 steps include food selection, detoxing from the inside out, sleep, exercise, stress strategies, and happiness that will guide all readers to achieving an enriching and fulfilling life. The book also introduces readers to the author’s 105-year-old grandmother and her healthy living, which is inspiring, and terms it as one of the main reasons that contribute to longevity. I like the way the author handles a topic that has been discussed many times before with a different outlook. The tips are simple, clear, and easy to comprehend for readers who want to make changes in their dietary lifestyle. There is a lot of healthy information, insights, and a positive approach towards handling diet, thereby making readers think about health in a new way. The transition to healthy living is a slow one for those who have been leading a not-so-healthy lifestyle, and the tips and techniques in this book will motivate them to make healthier choices so that they can feel better, look different, and have more energy.
