This book would not function properly on my Nook. I couldn't increase point size and pages jumped all over the boatd intstead of reading in numerical order. Very disappointed.

I have no actual problem with the content of the book, in fact, it's like she is talking directly at me. It's nice to know that there is someone out there that has had the exact same thoughts and struggles and made it out on the other side and has stayed there even after having had children. With both of my children I gained 20lbs and lost it almost immediately. It was after their births I seemed to pack on the pounds. May be it was fatigue or a touch of post partem, I don't know. So here I am today at the heaviest I have ever been and just as unhappy wishing I could do what it took to lose this weight and keep it off while the other is wishing I just had the courage to get it over with and just stay fat. This book is really helping me see that losing 100 lbs is possible. What I don't like is it seems to not work right on my Nook. I can't see some the the tables that she talks about for reference (like the quick foods list she put together) and sometimes the pictures are overlapping the text making paragraphs difficult to read. I paid $10 for the book and I don't feel like I am getting the whole book. Hopefully this can be fixed as I plan on referencing this book often even after I have completed reading it.
