I was cleaning out my kitchen cabinets one day and came across this cookbook. I have no idea where it came from. I don't believe I bought it but haven't a clue who could've given it to me. Anyway, it's a nice, basic vegan cookbook. Good for a new vegan (I was when I found it in my cabinet). There are lots of salad recipes. So, yeah. There are definitely better vegan cookbooks out there but this is a good place to start if you are new to veganism.

This is by far the best vegan cookbook I have come across. The recipes a quick and very easy. The best part is that you don't have to drive all over town to find the ingrediants, everything can be found at my local health food store.

I LOVE this cookbook. You can get almost all the ingredients at your local grocery store and the recipes are easy (which is great if you don't exactly have an extensive cooking background...like me). Great for college students and others who are crunched for time, that can't afford to make an exotic meal, but want something different to eat!
