My doctor told me several months ago that I should up my good fat intake and lower my carbs and protein. I went to the library and checked out several books but none of them inspired me. Then Dana put this book out and having read her books over many years I knew this would be the one book I would buy. I was right! Dana has the best way of viewing life, her sense of humor is enough reason to buy the damned book! But she is a whiz at simplification the guidelines for eating in the keto manner and she is so entertaining that you will sit down and read the book through. Or until you come to a recipe that you can't pass up. Eventually you have to read the whole thing. There is a whole chapter on main dish salads which save my hide-I live in Florida. And fat bomb recipes that actually work! Really, if you are considering trying Ketogenic eating buy this book and save yourself time, effort and money.

I happened to see this book at my local Library, so I decided to check it out. Well, I ended up with having so many pages marked to copy recipes from that I just went out and bought my own copy. This book is fantastic and the recipes are wonderfully creative!
