For at least 15 years this has been a best-seller (I've owned one since 1993). Random House always did it right, but the new publisher has messed with the format, adding unnecessary color photos that clutter the page and do nothing to add function. There's less space for notes and less room to personalize this with your own particular workout details.

It's just more expensive and less functional. Last year I'll buy it.
