I read about this book on an online diet site and after checking into it further decided to purchase it. I have to say that I am SO glad that I did. It's really easy to read/understand and has complete menu options, progress pics (if you're into that), exercise, and much more. I'm down 20 pounds and the eating plan is something a person can easily live with. Nothing too drastic and very palitable.
