Unlike one reviewer, I found your first book on 30-minute meal well organized any very easily to understand. Only a simpleton would not be able to follow it.

A great easy cookbook, everything I've made has turned out great. Problems - no pictures, no index!

Rachel Ray is a fantastic teacher. Her recipies are easy and tasty. The ingredients are usually not specialty items. I love this cookbook and the follow up More 30-minute Meals. This one needs a better table of contents, to find different types of food. I have found it is easier to flip through it, since it has no real TOC and it's short. I have flagged the recipies I like and there are so many more I have yet to try.

Use it all the time. Never disappointed. Kids love the recipes-even things like Thai-it-you'll like it" chicken, my fussiest eater loved!!! Given it as gifts many times.

This is a pretty good book. I use it when I'm short on time and have run out of ideas for dinner. She gives very good tips, which you can incorporate into other dishes.

My picky family has loved almost every recipe I have prepared from this cookbook. Everything has been delicious, including the Enchiladas and the Chunky Chicken Chili. It has introduced me to new spices and herbs that have really enhanced my cooking. Who would have thought they would have eaten onions and something with cilantro. Thanks Rachael!

As a working mother I often do not have time to cook complicated meals. These recipes are easy and very good. I have reccomended this book to friends.

I bought her second book first, but like them both. I for my personal reason like the second one better, but this is a great book and fits nicely in my cook book genre.

I love to watch Rachel Ray and cook her 30 minuite meals. However, this cookbbok didn't impress me. Just the other day, my mom told me the same thing.

I think that Rachell Rays cooking is great. I have been able to cook the foods she shows and the food is good. I go buy the food and prepare it how she does and it is amazing.

While Rachel's show is fantastic (with great recipes) and helps one to put together an entire meal in 30 minutes, this book is not organized in a way to allow the reader to do this easily. While the recipes in this title are mostly tasty, her 2nd book - 30 Minute Meals 2 - is much better organized and easier to navigate.

I think that Rachael Ray is a great person. Her recipes are wonderful and they are true to her word that they are in 30 minutes or less. The first recipe I made was excellent! I and my family loved it! Since I am only a teenager it is very cool to be able to cook an entire meal that tastes great!!! Keep on cooking, Rachael!

The recipes are easy to make and have only a few ingredients, not too extravagant! I especially like the Cashew Chicken recipe, and so does my family and friends. I like the section with sample menus for gatherings.

I get home from work just in time to tune in and watch this fun show. The meals are easy and the food is great. I use Rachael's cookbooks, and have given some as gifts. Rachael Ray has one of the best food shows on T.V.

I love this cookbook, definitely the one I use most. I have had it a few months and used many of the recipes. Everything I've made from it has been absolutely fantastic. I like to have people over for dinner, and this is a quick and easy way to knock their socks off. I've gotten many compliments from the meals I've made. I really feel as if I know what I'm doing in the kitchen! I love it! Looking forward to version 2.

I consider myself a very good cook. My husband is also very fussy due to the fact that his family are all great cooks and both of our families have a restaraunt background. On the weekends when I have alot of time I cook and bake for hours with great enjoyment. However, on the weeknights after working a full day I am exhausted and still want to cook dinner. 30 Minute meals is such a timesaver. Never had I had such delicious results with any other quick cook recipies! These recipies fool everyone! They think I cooked for hours! Even my fussy husband loves these recipies. Thank you Rachael you have made my life so much easier! I have all 4 of your cookbooks and can't wait for the next! I love your show on the food network at all. It is my favorite one and I am a food network junkie!

Rachael Ray's 30 min Meals is my very favorite cookbook! Her recipes are just fabulous! I am a very busy at-home mom of 2 and secretary for our business, so I just love to be able to make a great tasting meal in such a short time and have it taste like I spent hours and a whole lot of effort in preparing it. My family just loves the end results. I love the diversity of the recipes she offers. Whatever type of food you may be craving Rachael has a recipe that will satisfy. And if you haven't checked out her show 30 Min. Meals on Food TV please do, it is wonderful!

Rachael has hit a homerun with this book. Not only easy to follow, but the end results are delicious. I haven't tried a recipe from this book I have disliked yet.

I am new to Rachel Ray & this was my first cookbook of hers. I was disappointed right of the bat when I opened it. She should not be advertising this book as 30-minute meals when it's really a 30-minute main dish plus a 30-minute side dish! I wanted to cook an entire meal in 30 minutes! I will definitely be returning this!

I have seen Rachel's show on tv and thought I would give her book a try. I was disappointed with it. It was lacking visual appeal, but I thought that was all right if the recipes were good. It was difficult to get past the 'Rachelisms' in her writing. The recipies were dull and not worth the energy. I realize that 30 minutes or less is not gourmet, but her recipes are downright boring. This book is not for anyone who enjoys the full pleasure of cooking. But, if you do not care what is on your table as long as its cooked, give it a try.
