About the Author

Mark Reinfeld is founding chef of the celebrated Blossoming Lotus restaurant. His cookbook, Vegan Fusion World Cuisine, won a Gourmand Award for Best Vegetarian Cookbook in the USA. Along with Reinfeld, Jennifer Murray is the coauthor of The 30-Minute Vegan and The Complete Idiot's Guide to Eating Raw. She teaches vegan cooking, baking, and raw food preparation classes internationally. They live in Kaua'i, Hawaii.

You are in and out of the kitchen quickly. The aroma's, flavors, and taste sensations will have you marvelling at how well you cooked. People will think you are a gourmet chef when they taste your cooking from these easy to follow recipes. This is a must-have book for your vegan kitchen!

Great resource for ideas and combinations from a variety of Southeast Asian sources. A nice addition to a well-rounded cookbook library.

The recipes really can be completed in 30 minutes and there are often delicious variations if you have a little more time. I got this because I loved the first 30 minute vegan book but was worried about repetition. That is not a problem - these recipes are different from the asian ones in the first book and are not just slight variations. The vegan pad thai is the best ever and it is worth the extra few minutes to make the fishless sauce.
