Following the same breezy-to-read format as her first bestseller, 301 Smart Answers to Tough Business Etiquette Questions will help you get the job, keep the job, be next in line for that elusive promotion or pay bump. This is a fabulous, fun read, but it's also genuinely practical and down-to-earth. While other etiquette guides are as crusty as a Miss Manners guide, Vicky Oliver's witty but wise answers to 301 everyday problems are truly engaging. I learned the top email snafus to avoid, several important dining rules that I never knew, tons of information about communicating via the new media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), and how to present myself while traveling abroad. Buy it for a young professional just starting out or for anyone whose business success you truly care about. You won't be sorry!
