365 Easy Italian Recipes by Rick Marzullo O'Connell

Of all the world's cuisines, Italian may be the most popular. Whether it's the comfort of hearty southern Italian or the more delicate delights of lighter northern Italian cuisine, the simple truth is all Italian food tastes great. Now, with 365 Easy Italian Recipes, you can serve your family their favorite Italian dishes every day of the year.

Here in one volume are all the Italian classics, from Shrimp Scampi, Linguine with Clam Sauce, and Veal Piccata, to Meatballs, Eggplant Parmigiana, and Chicken Cacciatore.

One especially tantalizing chapter teaches you how to turn store-bought bread dough into pizza, calzones, flavored bread sticks, focaccio, and old-fashioned heroes. Finally, for a real treat, try one of the recommended Italian desserts like Biscuit Tortoni, Cassata alla Siciliana, or Italian Cheesecake.

My wife and I are both very good cooks, and enjoy a wide range of culinary interest. This is a top drawer cookbook. These are kitchen tested recipes that produce consistently good results. We have great confidence in them We love to give small dinner parties, three or four couples, and delight the guest with interesting and adventurous things to eat. We have enough confidence in this book that we will use any one with confidence that the results will delight. Good food does not have to be complicated, provided you know what you are doing. Rick O'Connell knows what he is talking about.
